Saturday Morning Sisterhood

Saturday Morning Sisterhood…

Real conversations for women navigating seasons that did not go as planned.

Saturday Morning Sisterhood is more than an event. It is a growing community of women who are ready to stop pretending they are "fine" and begin making sense of what life has changed inside them.

Many women are faithful, responsible, and strong for everyone else, yet quietly carrying disappointment, emotional exhaustion, identity changes, and unanswered questions. They continue showing up for their families, careers, churches, and communities while feeling disconnected from themselves.

Saturday Morning Sisterhood creates a safe space where faith and psychology come together to help women understand what they have been carrying and discover practical steps toward moving forward.

Each experience includes biblical encouragement, psychological insight, guided reflection, meaningful conversation, and practical tools designed to help women navigate life's unexpected seasons with greater clarity and hope.

Whether you are walking through disappointment, struggling with unanswered prayers, adjusting to a major life transition, or simply feeling like you are no longer the woman you used to be, you do not have to navigate this season alone.

Every Sisterhood Experience is intentionally designed to leave you with more than encouragement. You will leave with greater understanding, practical tools, and a community of women who understand that healing often begins when life finally starts to make sense.

Come as you are. Leave with greater clarity, renewed hope, and the confidence to move forward.

Maricopa Library & Cultural Center, Room Redwood A
18160 N. Maya Angelou Dr., Maricopa, AZ 85139

You have held it together for everyone else. This is the morning you sit the cape down, and let psychology and scripture meet you exactly where you are.

What You'll Experience:

  • Name what "Superwoman" has actually been costing you, with real psychological language, not vague encouragement

  • Work through a guided 15-page reflection workbook built specifically for this gathering

  • Sit in community with other women carrying the same weight, many for the first time saying it out loud

  • Hear a psychological framework for why high-functioning women stop noticing their own exhaustion until it becomes a crisis

  • Leave with a clear, personal next step, not just a feeling, an actual direction

What's Included:

  • 2.5 hour in-person Sisterhood experience

  • Strong, Faithful, and Tired 15-page reflection workbook (yours to keep)

  • Guided psychological framework presented live

  • Lunch

  • Time in community with other women in the room

  • A clear next step for continuing the work after the morning ends

What Women are saying…

When I say the Saturday Morning Sisterhood Unplanned Seasons Luncheon, led by Norma Washington, MPsy, was a blessing, I mean that with all of my soul. Letting go of that disappointment of what didn’t go as promised or planned was so necessary. I can now release my cape of always having to be strong and independent. I can now discover who I am really after the freeing of disappointment.
